Head of Regulatory, Capital Markets and Structured Transactions at Darmont Advogados, Ihury leads the firm’s regulatory and asset management practice, advising asset managers, fiduciary administrators and other entities regulated by the CVM and the Central Bank of Brazil, and structuring investment funds — FIDCs, FIIs, FIPs and alternative funds.

Ihury coordinates public offerings of securities, credit transactions and securitizations, and issues legal opinions on financial and capital markets regulation.

With prior experience at leading law firms and financial institutions in Brazil, Ihury is a founding partner of Darmont Advogados.
