Filipe Starzynski

Head of Litigation and Credit at Darmont Advogados, Filipe leads the firm’s litigation department, handling lawsuits and disputes involving investment funds, alternative funds, capital markets, corporate and commercial matters, and credit recovery. Filipe represents companies, asset managers, fiduciary administrators and investors.

On the advisory side, Filipe issues legal opinions and assessments of legal claims and litigation assets, works on dispute planning and prevention, and takes part in structuring contracts, credit transactions and financial deals with a focus on risk mitigation.

With prior experience at a Big Four firm and other leading law firms, Filipe has extensive experience in the financial, real estate and technology markets, among others, and is a partner of the firm.
